This balm is a soothing, hydrating, and protective moisturizer rooted in simplicity and care. Our tallow is dry rendered in-house from suet of grass-fed and finished cows raised on a local farm. Rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as fatty acids that closely mirror the skin’s natural oils, it is deeply nourishing and easily absorbed. To this foundation, we add jojoba oil for balance and softness, and apricot oil for lightweight hydration. The balm is further infused with lavender, calendula, plantain, and comfrey—herbs long cherished for their calming and restorative qualities. Together, they create a protective blend that comforts, replenishes, and strengthens the skin, leaving it soft, supple, and resilient.
Directions: Apply a pea-sized amount to damp skin. To avoid contamination, only remove product from jar with clean, dry hands. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Best if used within 6 months.
Essential Oil Options (added in minute amounts for added skin support):

Lavender* - soothes skin & irritation
Sandalwood* (sustainably harvested) - pulls moisture into the skin / antioxidant
