We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Custom Flower Essences: Due to their personalized nature, all custom flower essences are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Other Physical Products: Items purchased from the shop may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return: Please contact us at daturaholistics@gmail.com with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
